HORSES

Rui and Pamela are passionate about horses, which is why they have dedicated themselves to running the Monte Esmeralda equestrian center as a family since they met.

Contact with horses involves daily learning, but the many years of practice combined with the study of several ancient masters, have made clear four secrets that they share with those who visit them.

Time

All horses are given the time they need to learn and adapt to the human world, the type of learning that never runs out... The same principle applies to riders so regardless of their age or experience the program adapts to your pace and your condition.

Balance

We look for maximum lightness and ease for the mounted horse. We, therefore, explore the musical sense of riding in conjunction with seat correction to strengthen confidence and reduce tensions between horse and rider.

Psychology

Motivation is the basis for a light and free relationship with a horse. This objective is only possible with a varied and stimulating training plan that includes modern or free-leading sessions, and long-reining sessions, among others, precisely for the horses to complement or prepare the work mounted in the best conditions.

We always help to read the limits and vocations of our teammates so that we never overdo it in training.

Pleasure

If riding is a passion, the pleasure must always be present, whether enjoying the spectacular and natural landscape in a relaxed and confident way or performing the exercises in our working riding arena with precision and lightness.
